Experience the warmth of our Hot Toddy, a soothing blend our Lemon flavor of The 'Cello with Oliver & Pluff's Lemon Ginger Hot Toddy spices. An ideal concoction for those crisp evenings. Stop by the tasting room to grab a bottle of our lemon flavor of The 'Cello and a Hot Toddy package.

 

For a Single Serving:

Add a tablespoon of the spices to 1 cup of boiling water. Step for several minutes then remove spice bag

Add a 2 oz pour of The 'Cello - Lemon flavor

Top off with hot water or a splash of lemon juice

Serve hot with a cinnamon stick

Put a fresh spin on the classic Old Fashioned by swapping out the sugar and adding a splash of our tangelo-flavored The 'Cello instead. Just a touch of our lively, citrus liqueur elevates this timeless cocktail, making it even more enjoyable!

For a single serving:

Combine 1/2 oz of The 'Cello - Tangelo flavor, 1 oz of your favorite Bourbon or Rye whiskey, a couple of dashes Angostura bitters and a splash of plain water

Pour over ice and garnish with an orange slice and a cocktail cherry.

It features just a few key ingredients: our zesty lemon flavor of The 'Cello, dry sparkling wine and refreshing club soda. Our Italian-inspired liqueur brings a citrus-forward characteristic to the drink, while the club soda and brut-style, sparkling wine create a light, bubbly base that showcases The 'Cello's bright flavor without being overly sweet. Try elevating it by muddling fresh herbs such as basil, lavender or mint.

​For a Single Serving:
Mix 2 oz of The 'Cello - Lemon flavor, 3 oz brut sparkling wine and 1 oz of club soda.
Pour over ice or add a lemon popsicle for a playful twist.​
